Mustard Roasted Fish

Mustard Roasted Fish is one of my go-tos for nights I don’t have a whole lot of time to whip something up for dinner. The end product is delightful and doesn’t require a lot of energy to create. One of my good friends shared it with me and it has become a staple choice for me and my family. Here’s what you need.

Recipe

Mustard Roasted Fish
// 4-6 filets of white-fleshed fish (tilapia, halibut or cod)
// 8 ounces of creme fraiche
// 2 tablespoons of capers
// 2 tablespoons of whole grain mustard
// 1/2 shallot
// Sprinkle of salt
// Sprinkle of pepper

Prep: Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Place the filets of fish in a baking dish. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the fish. Chop up the shallot. Minced is fine.

Assemble spread: In a bowl mix the creme fraiche, capers, whole grain mustard and minced shallot with a spatula.  Then spread the mixture on your fish. Cover it nice and thick.
